Refund policy

At Aura Care, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in delivering fragrances that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • The fragrance bottle must be at least 90% full and in its original packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges are valid within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Our Responsibility

We will cover all delivery charges for returns or exchanges if:

  • The bottle arrives damaged or leaking.
  • You receive the wrong fragrance.

Customer Responsibility

In cases of a change of mind or if you wish to exchange your fragrance for another scent, the customer will bear the delivery charges for both the return and the new shipment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

  1. Email us at returns@theauracare.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Alternatively, fill out the Return Request Form below.
  3. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps and arrange collection if applicable.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the 90% fill requirement or are outside the 30-day window will not be accepted. 
  • We recommend keeping your proof of purchase and original packaging until the return process is complete.
